CS Sanjay Gupta
A highly accomplished corporate professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance, business strategy, and regulatory frameworks. He has held senior leadership positions including Company Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer at InterGlobe Aviation Limited (IndiGo), one of India’s leading aviation companies.
With a strong background in governance, ethics, and compliance across large organizations, he brings deep expertise in institutional strengthening, risk management, and corporate leadership, contributing valuable strategic direction to Vijayash Foundation’s mission.
CS Rakesh Sharma
An ESG-focused professional with over 16 years of experience, currently serving as an ESG Legal Counsel. A Fellow Company Secretary (FCS), Lawyer, and IICA Certified ESG Professional, he is also associated with leading professional bodies and ESG forums.
He specializes in designing and implementing sustainable strategies, ESG integration, corporate governance frameworks, and impactful CSR initiatives, while advising senior leadership on compliance and governance matters. His work reflects a strong commitment to creating long-term positive impact for society and the environment.
Dr. Supriya Sharma
An award-winning global professional and thought leader with a distinguished background in business transformation, sustainability strategy, and leadership excellence. With credentials including an IIM alumnus, MBA (University of Iowa), and Swiss Doctorate, she brings a unique techno-commercial perspective.
A globally recognized keynote speaker, author of multiple books, ESG-oriented investor, and leadership expert, she has contributed across Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America. She actively promotes innovation, inclusion, youth empowerment, and sustainability-led organizational transformation.
