YES, one more feather in the Scam & Fraud history. It looks amazing in the presence of following Regulators & Agencies and Professionals like :-
Finance Ministry ,RBI , SEBI , MCA /ROC , Stock Exchanges , Rating Agencies , Statutory Auditors , Internal Auditors , Concurrent Auditors , Secretarial Auditors , Audit Committee , CFO , CS , Industry Associations , even Financial Media , one more Scam happens.
The Professional Circles discussed that they knew it since last one year it had to happen. Then how regulator was not aware and all the steps were taken by RBI , CBI & ED in the month of March 2020 only. The Institution got so many awards and recognitions in last 10 years , incredible . In fact it used to host one Global Summit with one leading financial newspaper each year where the top CEOs & Professionals used to be speakers & used to discuss Economy , GDP , Ethics , Governance ,CSR, inclusive growth and many serious talks that means we speak something else and do something else.
Interestingly , YES has a borrowers list like ADA , Jet , Essel, DHFL , Cox & kings etc. which all have one common ingredient.
We deliberated and discussed earlier also, all these scams and scandals happen when we deviate from Spirituality. Last year, one leading Industry Association had organised one conclave on corporate governance, CSR & like topics.Vijayash Foundation requested them for making one presentation on spiritual awareness and corporate governance. We were mocked & and told that only sponsoring Companies’s CEOs & Functional Heads can be invited as speakers.
On one side we intend to be a 5 trillion dollar economy and on other side we do not have control over episodes like IL & FS , Yes, DHFL, Jet Airways etc. In last one year we had following big news /events/ episodes :-
CAA Protests , Lawyers versus Police episodes , North East Delhi riots , ( Murder of Humanity) , above Corporate Frauds and many more reported and unreported events.
The above events pull back our growth agenda of 5 trillion dollar economy and also shows our continuous Unhappiness. We find happiness in while involving ourselves in Scams , Protests and also some times in Violence.
All the above episodes happened because of our attitude professional, personal and social and also depends on our training, spiritual and otherwise.Most parental, social, professional and educational training tends to foster prejudices for example YES happened because of Attachment to money ,fame ,social status, relationship and an ignorant race which many times makes us unconscious.
We can expand our consciousness so that we no longer have concerns for our little SELF only but for a wider SELF also.
