Spirituality means do what is right and that following right path always leads to growth and success. Spirituality means that we have holistic success and having emotions like Love ,Joy, Peace, Happiness, Compassion, Kindness, Empathy ,Gratitude, Consciousness & Good Relationship.
Now how to achieve overall success in Life .Gita and other scriptures says that human beings should continuously do their Physical, Mental and Spiritual development to live a good and holistic successful Life.
PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT :- We all know , Health is Wealth. It has now been universally proved that Yoga, Breathing and a discipline eating schedule keeps us physically healthy.Yoga is a terrific discipline which always keeps us in good spirits.
MENTAL DEVELOPMENT:- One should endeavor to develop one’s mental growth. Our mind is a terrific instrument, we need to master it. If the mind master us then life becomes hell. Develop a discipline of reading some good renowned books. It can be self help or fiction .But read only which have really good ratings.Read one book once in a month.Do meditation and heal your habits & your Life. It can transform you completely.
DEVELOPING YOUR SOUL :- Strengthen your soul by engaging yourself in following activities:-
- Positive healthy interactions with other human beings
- Love (selfless ) Others
- Power of Giving:- If possible give your time ,concern, skill or financial resources to others.
- Help others. Humanity is the best religion.Make it convenient for yourself to help others.
LEADERSHIP is the ability to develop a vision that motivate others to move with a passion towards a common goal. Leadership is a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs the organisation or the Nation in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent.
Leadership is the most important skill that is required in the next decade which promises to be far more exciting & challenging than anything that mankind has witnessed or created over the last 50 years of civilization.The present scenario in India and the World is very crucial due to the impending recession , scams & frauds (a continuous process in India and abroad), technology disruption ,a new agile Corporate world and now the Corona virus and its after effects.
The VUCA world would now becomes very complex and complicated.The Nation and the World now needs a Leadership with the Spiritual Intelligence. The normal leadership may not be able to deliver who will continue to involve themselves in frauds & scams .Recently even during lockdown ,one of my senior professional friend received a call from a good organisation for arranging a very good job offer and persuaded him to pay online INR 7000 and now untraceable. We are coming across the news like sub-standard sanitizers & hoarding of essential food items.
The Corona virus has a message for all human beings in the World that we need to follow only righteous approach in the life for a good life for ourselves , our Nation & World. When a human being develops a physical disease, somewhere it happened because of his wrong or malicious thoughts for whatever reason. Similarly a Nation or World also suffers off & on due to the collective malpractices of its citizens , world inhabitants & Leaders .
We all know Lord Rama reigned over the kingdom of Ayodhya , whose inhabitants all lived righteously . It is said that during the golden era of Rama’s rule no accidents or premature deaths or natural disasters or any pandemic disturbed Ayodhya’s perfect harmony( Ram Rajya).
This is true , there could be more harmony & health in every Nation , in the World & Universe if we all live more rightly.
We now need to develop a Leadership(Spiritual) on the lines of Mahatma Gandhi ,Gita ,Dhammapada and other like scriptures.Only Spiritual Leadership has the potential to sail us through this turbulent times.
