Friends we all know the working of the corporates where we all work tirelessly with targets, deadlines and always on the run.
Some corporates expands and do unrelated diversification in boom times without realizing their steps, without any specific goal. Sometimes our lust for expansion and diversification compels us to malpractices, non compliances, ignoring the benefits of the customers and the public interest.
When the above rat race subsidies and economy recedes, then we realize mistakes and busters.
Many CEO level executives are now facing various fraud investigations, many are struggling to survive, many corporates are lined up before IBC, many have lost their empires, thanks to IBC, and now the recent Corporate Suicide. At the same time good corporates, not more than 25%, have been doing good or managing well in spite of all recessions.
Solution – The solution lies in introspection, in understanding the concept of Self – Realization ie. achieving our higher self, & learning the Spiritual wisdom. We need to understand the illusion of separateness, when we consider ourselves separate from others, ignore others eg. our employees, the general public, underprivileged society & ignoring the concept of inclusive growth.
The main problem of human beings particularly where above causality happens is that we never discuss our problems, our vicious circle, our trapness, our sufferings with others who are capable to discuss and who let us introspect and who let us understand our Higher Self. Morever suicide itself means lack of wisdom. You have commit a murder of your SELF.
Gita said, we all fought a battle with ourselves in this life, a battle of right and wrong, a battle of selflessness and selfishness. Only those who realise one’s SELF partially or wholly could won this battle.
The Life is flux, nothing remains static. Everything changes with time moreover in the technology dominated culture various disruptions and changes can derail our life & our surroundings.
Let us discuss & understand words like Spirituality, Consciousness, Self-Realization, Lower v/s Higher Self, Happiness, Enlightenment, Nirvana, etc to understand ourselves, to understand others & understand this life. When we are awake to such concepts, the above causality can never happen & instead we achieve spirituality & all round success.
When we achieve success without knowing above very important concepts of wisdom, sooner or later some casualty happens. We have been observing such like casualties in the corporate sector particularly in the last two to three years when regulatory authorities & regulations have become more stringent. Even last year one senior bureaucrat committed suicide.
