  1. LIFE SKILLS are abilities for adaptive and positive behavior that enables humans to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of Life.
  2. LIFE SKILLS are defined as the skills that help people make informed decisions,  solve problems, think creatively, communicate effectively, build healthy relationships, empathize with others, and cope with and manage their lives in a healthy and productive manner.
  3. Life skills education helps students build confidence and develop tools important for their self-development,  acquiring new ways of thinking and problem solving, and socializing,  make new friends and recognize the impact of their actions and

Happiness is a State of Mind. Happiness is achieved by following a happiness lifestyle. Happiness is achieved by training our Mind. A disciplined Mind can achieve happiness, indisciplined mind which usually has anger, frustration, irritation, jealousy, hatred, fear, insecurity feeling, etc can never achieve Happiness.
